As a doctor of physical therapy, I am an expert in movement. I am here to inspire women to move and exercise their bodies because I know this is the #1 cure for many physical and mental health issues. My passion is to help mamas take charge of their health so that they love their roles as mothers and truly thrive. More About Me.

At Postpartum Core, we specialize in providing personalized telehealth services for postpartum mothers. Our mission is to empower women on their journey to recovery and well-being after childbirth. With a focus on core rehabilitation, our approach is rooted in understanding the unique challenges mothers face during this transformative time.

Through one-on-one virtual consultations, I guide clients in developing tailored strategies that address their specific needs, whether they are dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, low back pain, or general weakness. Each session is designed to provide support, education, and actionable steps to help moms regain their strength and confidence.

Our program incorporates evidence-based practices, including breathwork, posture alignment, and deep core engagement. I also offer nutritional guidance and stress management techniques to support overall health. By combining these elements, I strive to create a holistic experience that nurtures both the body and mind.

My Total Body Reset is a holistic program designed to help you restore your health and vitality by focusing on the three most important factors in key areas of your life.
