Every time I’ve done this detox, I lose about 10-15 pounds, my skin and hair gets very “glow-ey”, my energy levels stabilize, and my mental state is way less foggy.

I do a yearly detox (unless I’m pregnant or breastfeeding). This is my go-to detox. I have had a lot of people ask me what I do and what supplements I use. My hope in sharing this with you is to give you an idea of what I do. I am not trying to sell you any supplements or diet plans. I also am not here to give you nutritional, health or medical advice. Simply put, this is the detox I use.
The 28 Day Detox is designed to get you back on track with your health with the main goal of losing weight. Some people are ok with making small, incremental changes to their health like cutting out sugar or drinking more water. This detox is radical. Sometimes people need to just go cold turkey and make major changes. Definitely don’t do this detox or any detox if you are pregnant or breastfeeding!
The weight-loss phase follows a specialized menu for 28 days.
The detox I use is broken down into three main steps:

What do I do when?
- Choose which detox you want to do. There are countless detoxes, from Whole 30 to Keto to this detox. Make a plan and stick to it.
- Get the right supplements and foods prepped.
- Write a menu list and do food prep for the next week or so.
- Commit to stay on course for at least 28 days!
